BorderContainer: splitterThickness needs to default — at Version 1

Description (last modified by bill)

I found that if the .dijitGutterH/V styles are not found, BorderContainer does not layout. In the insertAfter call, it takes the width or height of the next sibling. This seems rather fragile.

Lots of things in dijit won't work if you don't include dijit.css, is that what you are talking about, not including dijit.css?
