Testing type: Memory leaks

Widget: Filtering Select

Short description: After choosing different values in all the FilteringSelect? components, the use of memory increases more than 35% (from 56 Mb to 77 Mb) and it was never free.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Using IE 8, open the Filtering Select page (/dijit/tests/form/_autoComplete.html?testWidget=dijit.form.FilteringSelect?)
  1. For each Filtering Select component select different values (i.e. 10) without refreshing the page

Actual results: the use of memory increases more than 35% (from 56 Mb to 77 Mb)

Expected results: the memory should be free automatically

This is partially invalid (console messages cause memory consumption) and partially a dup of #11608 (popups being leaked). I'll leave this open until #11608 is fixed just to make sure.
