#11561 closed defect (fixed)

dojo.parser missing from docs

Reported by: Adam Peller Owned by: Neil Roberts
Priority: blocker Milestone: 1.8
Component: Doc parser Version: 1.5
Keywords: Cc: Tom Trenka, phiggins
Blocked By: Blocking:

Description

I see it in the tree, but not in the method list. Going to the link shows empty results

http://dojotoolkit.org/api/dojo/parser.html

the method does have inline docs, but it's keyed off a 'this' reference. Do we need to set up one of those faux documentation blocks with /*===== ?

The problem is that it's set up as a singleton, and it doesn't seem like the Doc parser is picking those up natively. I have the same problem with dojox.encoding.crypto.Blowfish. The only reason why it *does* show up is because there are a couple of private properties attached to it.

I'll talk with Neil and see if there's a solution that is supposed to be used for documentation purposes.
