Negative axis label text does not render properly on webkit browsers. The preceding minus sign appears on a different line from the numeric value.

I fixed, but it appears to be a WebKit bug: in order to suppress splitting "-" and "1" I had to add white-space: nowrap; to the style, which is a pure nonsense, because text does not contains any whitespaces whatsoever: "-1".

Please file it with WebKit.
