Description

Apple "regressed" the robot's mouse wheel in their latest update. They changed it so it now scrolls in the same direction as everyone else. See:

http://developer.apple.com/mac/library/releasenotes/CrossPlatform/JavaSnowLeopardUpdate1LeopardUpdate6RN/ResolvedIssues/ResolvedIssues.html

We need to remove our workaround only for the fixed versions of OS X.

(In [22347]) Fixes #11351. The robot applet used to workaround a big Mac mouse wheel bug. But Apple fixed it in 10.5.8 and 10.6.2, so now the robot has to check for specific OSX versions.
