Calendar - Focus indicator not visible using High Contrast

Steps to Reproduce:
1.- Set Use High Contrast and select a scheme (High Contrast # 1 (Large)) Black or white.
2.- Open an affected browser
3.- Go to dijit/tests/test_Calendar.html
4.- Press the TAB key and go to the calendar
Actual Result : Focus indicator is not visible
Expected Result: For accessibility we need ensure that the content can be displayed in high contrast and large font mode, and that visual focus is not lost in these modes

This is working correctly for me in the nightly build of 4/4/2010 using high contrast white (large) and Firefox 3.6.2, and IE 8. There is a dotted border around the calendar and I can see which date is selected - a box is drawn around it. Please list browser where this doesn't work. It does need to be fixed in Safari (which does not support high contrast mode) but I don't see an issue in IE 8 or FF - please add the affected browsers.

It also doesn't display on webkit, in normal (non high-contrast) mode.
