Add dropdown year selection to center year on Calendar widget

Bittarman was talking with me this morning and stated that every time they use a Date widget they have to replace it with a custom one that has a dropdown for the years... I pointed out t he Typematic settings but there are no obvious cues to typematic interactions...

I would suggest adding the dropdown on the center year like we do with months (it wont be much extra code and it wont break the UI in any way -- just be more usable)
