Summary: dijit.form.FilteringSelect list issue 1.4[regression] FilteringSelect: drop down is blank and mis-positioned

Thanks for the report. I'm also seeing errors (on all browsers) in http://download.dojotoolkit.org/release-1.4.0/dojo-release-1.4.0/dijit/tests/form/_autoComplete.html?testWidget=dijit.form.FilteringSelect&dir=rtl.

Specifically the items in the drop down list are invisible (as though they were visibility: hidden), and the drop down list itself is mispositioned.

(In [21108]) If ComboBox expands the drop down to match it's own width, it may need to adjust it's position too, so it doesn't fall off of the right side of the screen in RTL mode.

Fixes #10581, refs #8948, !strict.

(In [22393]) Fix ComboBox drop down positioning problem when:

  1. the drop down's width has been increased to match the width of the ComboBox
  2. the page has a horizontal scrollbar, and has been scrolled

There's still an issue on IE8 in RTL mode though, listed in #11376.

Fixes #11364, refs #10581, #11376.
