(In [21085]) Fixes #10545 !strict. Add check for isOpera to allow normal dijit.scrollIntoView to work. Tweak automated tests to render properly for Opera and to check for Opera-specific values.

Thanks, it's working for me now.

Note that there are failures when dragonfly (the debugger) is enabled. In generateTests() it has a with() statement but effectively it's calling iframe.scrollMin(), which was a function attached to the iframe to call another function in the iframe's parent etc. Anyway, it fails saying that scrollMin() is not defined.

I tweaked the code to get rid of the with statement but it still has problems. It gets an error about illegal type, because iframe.scrollMin is defined, but it's just a plain object, not a function. Seems like the debugger is getting confused by functions in different contexts.
