Description

As part of dojo.undo.browser bookmarking support, allow setting a callback to get notification of reading the inital page hash. This will allow apps to set their starting state easier.

We currently require the programmer to call dojo.back.setInitialState to tell dojo.back what the starting point is for the application. We could automate the read of the hash and fire a callback / publish a topic, but that would be an API change for 1.1. Unsure if that would even work, as the memento stored for each state, including initial, has a couple functions tied to it that can have closures. Not sure how firing a callback to collect those functions is better than asking the programmer to call setInitialState... WONT_FIX for now.
