Editor: Can't tab out of editor in Firefox 3.7 (beta)

Description

It seems that the upcoming Firefox 3.7 release provides keyboard support for tabbing out of the editor component. Thus, for this release of firefox, we no longer need to trap the tab key and set focus to the outer iframe in order for the user to tab out.

Steps to reproduce. Load dijit/tests/editor/test_Editor.html in Firefox 3.7 (daily build 20091026045849 tested). Press the tab key to put focus into any of the editor components on this page. Note that pressing tab with focus in the edit control does NOT move focus out of the editor.

Note that I marked this as 1.4 in case Firefox 3.7 is released before Dojo 1.4.

Note that (IIRC) some of our test cases do a double-tab to get out of the editor now, so you'll need to update the test cases too when fixing this bug. Just make sure the tests/editor/runTest.html runs without failures.
