Te examples are not readable in the dojo offline documetation

Go to the dojo book and select "printer friendly version".

Here you will see that all samples are *not* formatted (missing the highlighter).

this is likely a drupal issue. the new doc effort will be offline readable and printable by default, so this in 'invalid'. not sure the status of dojox.off docs in the new wiki. the only real docs available are http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dhkhksk4_8gdp9gr and they need to be merged into campus docs, or linked (done).
