complete the documentation of the grid

Description

There are a lot of changes in the Grid since 1.1.1, which need to be documented at http://docs.dojocampus.org/dojox/grid and we have a lot of questions from users regarding this.

Please let us work on our reputation and let Dojo be a well-documented Toolkit.

we can't ship 1.3 without a best effort here. it is a huge effort, but needs done. at least ensure 100% public API coverage with summaries and function signatures are reconized properly. wiki is ongoing effort here, but is just as important. grid is a highly used and misunderstood widget, and we'd go far in documenting what is there and how to use it.
