Description

Provides secure cross-domain request transport capability. Sends a request using an iframe (POST or GET) and reads the response through the frame's window.name.

(In [14230]) Refs #6893. Just fixing README statement on the purpose of xhrMultiPart.js. dojox.io.proxy.xip is the xdomain fragment id XHR proxy.
