fixes #6797 !strict

• Added 1.1 grid at dojox/grid/compat.
  
• Added dojox/grid/Grid.js and dojox/grid/VirtualGrid.js which just bring in the appropriate files from the compat module.
  
• Updated tests in the compat package to have the correct paths for CSS and JavaScript?.
  
• Added test showing 1.1 and 1.2 grids on the same page working in harmony.
